At Aurillo, we expect our suppliers to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, champion safety and sustainability, and engage with accountability across all areas of operation.
At Aurillo, suppliers are more than participants in our value chain—they are strategic collaborators in our pursuit of global impact. Whether supporting our work in commodity trading, digital innovation, or consultancy, our suppliers enable us to operate with agility, integrity, and long-term vision.
We carefully select partners who align with our values and demonstrate a commitment to excellence, sustainability, and ethical practice. Together, we build resilient supply ecosystems that adapt to change, mitigate risk, and accelerate innovation across every touchpoint. Aurillo is committed to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to our operations, both domestic and international. As a privately held company operating across commodity trading, the development of technology tools, and consultancy, we place immense value on the integrity and reliability of our business relationships.
This Business Partner Code of Conduct (BPCOC) outlines the minimum standards we expect from all our Business Partners—suppliers, vendors, consultants, agents, and other third-party collaborators. We view these partnerships not just as transactions, but as long-term relationships built on mutual respect, trust, and shared commitment to excellence.
This Code applies to all current and prospective Business Partners engaged with Aurillo across any operational area. Whether providing goods, services, advisory, logistics, or technical support, Business Partners must uphold the principles outlined in this document and promote similar expectations throughout their own supply chains and subcontracting arrangements.
Business Partners must operate in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards—local, national, and international. This includes, but is not limited to, anti-corruption, competition, trade control, labor, tax, and environmental laws. Ignorance of the law will not be accepted as a defense for violations.
Aurillo has zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, kickbacks, or improper payments in any form. Business Partners must never offer, give, solicit, or receive any bribe or improper inducement, whether in cash or kind, directly or indirectly, in order to gain an unfair business advantage.
All actual or potential conflicts of interest between Aurillo and a Business Partner must be disclosed immediately. This includes personal relationships with Aurillo employees, overlapping financial interests, or any situation where impartial decision-making may be compromised.
Business Partners must conduct business in a fair and competitive manner. They shall not engage in anti-competitive practices such as price-fixing, market division, bid-rigging, or abuse of dominant positions.
Business Partners must safeguard all confidential information provided by Aurillo, whether technical, strategic, financial, or operational in nature. Such information should be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling contractual obligations and must not be disclosed to unauthorized parties. Intellectual property rights must be respected at all times, and proprietary information must not be used to gain unfair advantage or commercial benefit.
Business Partners must ensure a safe and healthy working environment for their employees and visitors. This includes providing appropriate training, protective equipment, emergency protocols, and hazard prevention measures in accordance with relevant laws and best practices.
Aurillo is committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship. We expect our Business Partners to minimize negative environmental impacts through waste reduction, pollution prevention, and resource efficiency; comply with environmental laws related to emissions, disposal, and hazardous materials; and adopt environmentally responsible practices across operations and supply chains.
Business Partners must protect all personal and sensitive data entrusted to them by Aurillo in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Appropriate technical and organizational measures must be in place to prevent data breaches, unauthorized access, and misuse of information. Partners must also report any data security incidents to Aurillo without undue delay.
Business Partners are expected to practice transparency in their sourcing strategies, particularly with regard to raw materials or products that may come from high-risk regions. Aurillo encourages traceability and due diligence to ensure that materials are sourced ethically and sustainably, avoiding links to conflict zones, illicit practices, or environmental harm.
Aurillo reserves the right to assess Business Partners’ compliance with this Code through periodic evaluations, audits, or other forms of due diligence. Business Partners are expected to cooperate fully with such assessments, provide accurate and complete information, and take corrective action when necessary. Persistent failure to comply may result in review or termination of the business relationship.
Aurillo encourages all Business Partners and their employees to report any behavior that contradicts this Code. Reports may be made to Aurillo’s Ethics and Compliance Office or through designated reporting channels. We are committed to maintaining confidentiality and a non-retaliatory environment for those who report concerns in good faith.
